A Great Balanced Focused Exercise for Seniors

  Hi everyone,   This is Alex with EvoTrain. According to the CDC falls are the number one cause of death injuries among individuals 65 and older. Falls are the most common cause of nonfatal and hospital admissions for trauma. Balance exercises are a great way to train the body to prevent falls. Bosu ball workout move - Squats

Hi guys,   This is Alex with EvoTrain.  As the EvoTrain equipment store is now live, I wanted to demonstrate a workout move on one of my favorite pieces of exercise equipment - the Bosu Ball.  Check out this workout move where I do squats with shoulder extensions on a Bosu Ball.
