EvoTrainer Introduction - Brian Kelly

Hey everyone,

As an athlete & trainer, I have always had a passion to help others reach their fitness goals. While my current fitness workouts typically include weight lifting, body weight exercises, and high intensity interval training, I am also a past marathon runner, an avid soccer player, and a bit of a golfer (although not very good ...). Since moving to Boston after living in the Washington DC area all my life, I have had the opportunity to train clients at a top training studio in Massachusetts, teach several fitness classes at Babson College, give private training sessions, and now give EvoTraining session! I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients break through their current mental barriers to achieve their health goals, so if you are looking for some challenging training sessions, I'd love to give them to you!
