Had one too many cream-puff doughnuts today?  Not feeling too hot?  Well then my work out for this week will help you to burn off your splurges and get you back on track.

This is Jess here with EvoTrain, and my work out for this week consists of four simple moves.  Each move targets a different section of your body while keeping your heart pumping.  This is one of my favorite exercises to do since it is easy, quick, requires no equipment, and super effective.

The moves:
1. Squats:  targets your lower body
2. Push-ups:  targets your upper body
3. Jumping-jacks:  kicks up your cardio
4. Scissor kicks:  targets your core

The work out proceeds as follows:

Starting with move 1, do squats at a fast pace for 20 seconds.  Then take a 10 second break.  This adds up to 20 seconds on/10 seconds off for a total of a 30 second set.  You will do each 30 second set 8 times, totaling to 4 minutes per move.  After the 4 minutes (or 8 sets of 30 seconds), you will take a 1 minute rest.  Altogether, this adds up to 5 minutes.  If you do the math, 5 minutes times 4 different moves equals a quick 20 minute work out.  To give you a better idea of what the first move will look like, check out below:

• 20 seconds:  squat
• 10 seconds:  rest
• 20 seconds:  squat

• 10 seconds:  rest

4 active minutes
+1 minute rest
= 5 total mins per move

Repeat this for the other three moves to total to your entire body work out.  For an additional challenge, repeat the entire work out as detailed above (a 20 minute set) or cut the entire thing in half (only do 4 sets of 30) to total for a 10 minute set.

This quick and easy work out gives a full-body work out that will help you to burn off any and all tasty treats. If you have any questions about my blog this week or want more tips on how to burn off your doughnut indulges—feel free to email me or leave me a comment right here on my page!
