My video today contains only 3 exercises that you can do at home, office, hotel room, wherever. They are quite simple, but yet very effective. Depending on your ability level, do between 1 (for beginners) to 6 (for advanced) rounds of the following 3 exercises:
1 - Jump squats - Do these for 30 seconds straight
2 - Split lunges - For extra strength training, hold some light dumbbells (I used 8 lb weights in my video) and perform these lunges followed by an overhead press.
3 - Weighted crunches - Again I held a light weight while performing this exercise, so feel free for added resistance.
That's it! Trust me, these exercises will get your heart rate up and give you a great sweat.
